Hardware Tip - Two Computers/One Mouse/One Keyboard/One Monitor

Do you want to operate a second computer but don't have the desktop space for a second monitor?
If both computers use a PS2 style mouse and keyboard then it is possible to use a Belkin 2-Port Switch box to operate both of them. Switching the monitor's image from one computer to the other is as simple as flicking a switch. This saves you money and valuable desktop space by not having to buy a second monitor, keyboard and mouse.
Connecting a Belkin 2-Port Switch is easy. Just connect your keyboard, mouse, and monitor cables to the Belkin Switch and then connect the remaining Belkin cables from the Belkin Switch to the computer's PS2 mouse, PS2 keyboard, and monitor connectors. Plug in the AC Adapter and then turn the Belkin Switch box on. Finally, turn on your two computers and monitor and each of them will boot up. Switching the monitor's screen image from one computer to the other is easily done by using a switch on the Belkin Switch Box.
