"I am extremely pleased with the way my PC is performing after re-stage. All in all, I will give everything an A+, after such a big event." ~ Allen D., Kerrville, TX

Remember how fast your PC used to run when it was brand new?
Does it run slow and sluggish now that you've owned it for a couple of years?

Well, it's not your imagination. Computers have a tendency to slow down over time. Sometimes it's a result of too many applications running in the background, spyware or viruses having infected your computer, your hard drive may need to be defragmented, or your operating system registry may have become corrupted.

Or it could be a combination of all of these things which can negatively affect the performance of your operating system and software. Sometimes these cumulative effects happen very slowly over a long period of time until you suddenly realize that it's just not running as fast as it used to when it was brand new.

So long as your computer hardware is fully functional and you have all of your system restore CDs, then re-staging your computer will speed it up and restore it to it's former glory. What's more, you'll save a bundle of money by re-staging it instead of buying another new computer. After you've re-staged your computer, you'll be pleasantly surprised to discover that it runs as fast as when it was brand new and fresh out of the box.

We offer four types of on-site computer re-stage operations. Basic, Intermediate, and Custom re-stages allow you to save some money by performing some residual software installations yourself. Advanced re-stages are generally a complete turn-key operation from start to finish.

1. Basic re-stage includes: (estimate 1 to 2 hours)

Delete hard drive partition
Create hard drive partition
Format hard drive partition
Install your operating system
Install your motherboard drivers

2. Intermediate re-stage includes:  (estimate
2 to 3 hours)

Connect to your broadband service provider
Install critical and security updates
Install your anti-virus software
Install your anti-spyware software

3. Advanced re-stage includes: (estimate 3 or more hours)

Back-up and restore your email, address book, favorites, and My Documents
Back-up and restore your Quickbooks or other locally stored financial data
Install your other third party software
Install your printers or your other peripherals
Set up your local area network

4. Custom re-stages may require 2 or more hours and allow for mixing and matching of the different basic, intermediate, and advanced re-stage options listed above.

Re-stage Requirements:
All re-stage options require that you have all of your original and undamaged installation disks or downloaded software executable files. Missing motherboard or networking driver disks can complicate a computer re-stage and result in extra time to download and install any missing driver or software components.

Computers connecting to the internet using a dial-up account will only qualify for the Basic Re-stage option. All other re-stage options require that you have a functioning high-speed internet connection.

Any time spent on-site helping you to inventory, locate, or obtain any missing system restore disks is considered consulting time and will be billed accordingly. Defective hardware components such as cooling fans and/or power supplies will need to be replaced at additional costs.

You will experience an immediate improvement in operating system and software performance but re-staged computers are not guaranteed against future virus or spyware reinfections, registry corruptions, hardware or other third-party software failures. Your ongoing diligence is required to ensure your computer is properly maintained in order to prolong and maximize the benefit of having re-staged your computer.
