3. Click on menu "File ->
Open File..." and then use the resulting "Open HTML File" window to locate and
open your webpage document.

4. You can easily insert additional rows and columns by first
positioning your cursor above or below where your want the new row or
column and then clicking menu "Table
-> Insert...".
5. You can easily delete additional rows and columns by first
positioning your cursor into the row or column and then clicking menu "Table -> Delete...".
6. You can easily create anchors in your document by placing
the cursor at the anchor insertion point and then clicking menu "Insert -> Named Anchor..."and
giving
it a name.

7. You can easily create links to those anchors by
highlighting the text you want to link to that anchor and then clicking
menu "Insert -> Link...".

8. After editing your pages make sure to save by clicing
menu "File -> Save".
9. Setup your publishing site by clicking "Edit -> Publishing site settings"
and filling in the information.

10. Publishing your pages are as easy as clicking menu "File -> Publish" and then
clicking the "Publish" button.
