Payment in full is due on the
first business day of each monthly plan.
You may
share the cost of this plan with another co-located
business.
Unused hours may not be carried over to
the next month.
Each trip will count as a
one-hour minimum.
Coverage area is limited to the
local Kerrville, Texas area.
A responsible adult
over the age of 18 must be present
while we are on-site.
Your computers must be
physically on-site and easily
accessible.
All services and appointments are
performed between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Appointments
should be made at least
24 hours in advance.
Last minute cancellations
may be subject
to a one-hour usage penalty.
Emergency requests
for service may require a two or three
hour response time.
Any required software,
hardware, or supplies will require
additional
charges.
Additional software, hardware,
or supply charges are payable at the time of appointment.
