Your computer must be physically on-site and easily
accessible.
High-speed Internet connections (DSL or Cable Modem) is

Appointments or rescheduling should be made at least 24
hours in advance.
Time not used may not be carried over or refunded.
Required or optional hardware components or software will
be an additional charge.
This service is intended for business or home applications.
Payment in full is required at the beginning of your 4-hour
block.
We are not responsible for any changes you made after our
technician has left your site.
