Windows Vista: EZBack-it-up No Longer Displays Log Files
You recently upgraded your PC to Windows Vista or purchased a new PC with Vista pre-installed but now your EZBack-it-up software no longer displays your backup log files.
I've already encountered this problem. Vista's increased security permissions won't allow foreign programs to access its own protected programs such as Notepad. Incidentally, the path location of notepad.exe has also changed in Vista. Here's how I used a work-around to fix this issue.

6. Click the "OK" button, close your EZBack-it-up program, reopen it, launch a backup job, and then check for your log files.
