Opera Releases Its
No-Ads Version For Free! I
once was tempted to use Opera as a web browser but it turned me off
because their free version made you look at internet ads as a
condition. Well I may have to take another look because
they've
released their latest no-ads version for free. Check out their
website and decide for yourself if you want to try it. Almost
anything's better than Internet Explorer anyway... http://www.opera.com/products/desktop/index.dml?platform=windows

Terminating
Programs It happens to the best of operating
systems where a program locks up or freezes. More often it happens in
Windows and a three-fingered "Ctrl-Alt-Del" allows you to access the
Task Manager. But if it happens in Linspire Linux there is a
faster way to terminate a frozen program. Let's say your word
processor has stopped responding...
1.
Click the Launch Button. 2. Click
Terminate Application. 3. Click anywhere on the
frozen application with the skull and crossbones cursor.
