Computer Problems Piling Up?
It's funny how the little things pile up and end up stopping your production. It's the same way with computer maintenance when you start getting error messages on your PC. You ignore it and hope it goes away. Sometimes we forget about performing maintenance and it eventually becomes what I like to call "Deferred Maintenance Syndrome", or DMS for short. DMS will cause your PC to eventually slow to a crawl and may even result in the loss of critical data or hardware failure. Well here are some very cost effective plans from Bright Ideas Computing so you can afford to have your very own IT staff for a day or for a month...

Everything You Wanted to Know About Saguaro
"The saguaro begins its life as a shiny black seed no bigger than a pinhead. But what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in numbers. One saguaro produces tens of thousands of seeds in a year, and as many as 40 million in a lifetime of 175 to 200 years." Click to read entire article...

Do You Really Need Those Prescription Medications?
A recent leading medical journal has published claims that the pharmaceutical industry is "inventing" illnesses over sensationalizing existing minor conditions and giving them fancy names in order to attract more patients and increase their profit margins. This only serves to put the public at risk of developing other conditions caused by side effects from medications they may not need in the first place. And in my own opinion, this is just behavior by the pharmaceutical industry is just one step away from the clandestine development of designer diseases which can be surreptitiously unleased onto the public for which they could quickly "develop" a new cure. This puts a whole new light on all those drug commercials you see on television. Click to read this fascinating article...

The Case For Habitable Exoplanet Moons
"As scientists refine their methods, exoplanets are becoming easier and easier to detect. The current count is 163 planets orbiting 97 main-sequence stars, of which only one is even remotely Earth-like. All the others are massive bodies, ranging from “tiny” Uranus-like worlds (at about 15 Earth masses) to super-Jupiters (at thousands of Earth masses)." Click to read entire article...
